In addition to paying the set-up fee and the first months monthly fee, I have also invested money and time in a mass advertising campaign. Now I am receiving complaints from customers who state they cannot login to check the status of their promotional airfare. I am also unable to login to my promotional url link.
I have sent several emails complaining and have made several calls to their main office in Garden City, New York at (516)256-5640 to no avail.
Jamvo and travelguestlist should be held accountable to all individuals who have been deceived by their fraudulent actions and I stand ready to be part of any class action suits against them. My business and reputation have been affected by their fraudulent schemes and I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with the New York Attorney General's Office and the Consumer Complaint Division.
I look forward to hearing from anyone with similar complaints against Jamvo and travelguestlist.
