Jeff Hojnacki is a liar. He is rude and unprofessional. He will send you false reports with no details claiming the list is bad when in fact its JangoMail that sucks! There are far better options for sending emails such as Aweber, MailChimp, Smtp.com, and many others. If you want to use JangoSMTP you will be throwing your money out the window.
We cancelled our subscription with JangoSMTP (also known as JangoMail) last year and I just learned they continued to bill us 4 months! We asked for a refund and was refused. These guys are a disgrace for any business. STAY AWAY FROM JANGOSMTP... NO RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from these crooks!
