Jared E Shafer John Norheim, Patience Bristol elder abuse, fraud, exploitation of seniors Internet Las Vegas, Nevada

   Jared Shafer and Patience Bristol took my mothers sable fur. Ms. Bristol who is a Nevada private guardian who works for Jared Shafer was granted full access to my mothers North Las Vegas home after the family court appointed Shafer's firm Guardian of my mother. I was working for a company in Monaco and couldnt return to the states upon the news mother lost her Health. The letters from Ms. Bristol indicated everything was working fine. When I returned to Las Vegas, Things appeared very different from what Patience had wrote. Mother was isolated, unhappy, and she told me her friends had stopped visiting. Patience placed a care giver from a local Las Vegas company in mothers house.

The care giver told me Patience Bristol and Jared Shafer had issued strict orders no one could visit mom because people upset her. Mom has always been an Outgoing person. In 1956 she ice skated on the US Olympic team. People loved her and mom loved people. I went into moms closet and found expensive clothing items missing. They included a sable fur, several sets of Shoes, dresses, and four Italian sweaters. Mom loved to sleep next to the sable fur because my father gave it to her on their twenty-fifth anniversary. Patience said mom was too old for these clothes.

In addition several Family pictures were missing. Ive been to the Family court and receive no satisfaction from Commissioner John Norheim. Mr. Norheim stated Thefts of senior items are just a part of getting old. I have hired an attorney to free mom from this horrible situation. We have been fighting the system for 15 months At a cost of $72000. My realization of the Nevada family court situation occurred in front of Smiths Market in Las Vegas. I saw Mr. Shafer sitting in his white expensive SUV with the first three license plate numbers of 777. I approached the SUV and Shafer rolled the window down. Shafer had a brown paper bag and his breath smelled of alcohol. I asked him what he was going to do about my mother.

Shafer replied in this way. I pay my share to the boys who run this town. If you believe you have a chance with Norheim, think again. John Norheim is the lawyer for Rick Rizzelo who owned the Crazy Hoarse. One customer got beaten into a quadriplegic. If you believe Norheim cares about two stupid old broads, get your head examined. Yes, Shafer was drunk but Ive never witnessed this type of evil. The first three letters of Shafers license plate should be 666. If you have a loved one and they live in Nevada, take them out of the state as soon as you Can. The family court is designed to take advantage of the sick and disabled.
