Jared Shafer commingles senior accounts for the purpose of stealing from families who benefit from wills and trusts.  My Mother worked her entire life for the United States Postal Service. She managed to save $250,000 after 30 years of hard work and working two jobs.  When mom got sick Nevada assigned to her a filthy crook named Jared Shafer to be her guardian.  Mom only lived for two months.  Upon her death Jared Shafer said "I'm sorry all of the money is gone.  This was not correct.  I could do nothing about this at the time. 

 About two months after my conversation with Jared crook Shafer, a friend of mine who works in a Henderson spa told me about a conversation she overheard between Claire Shafer and a manicurist who worked at the spa.  Claire said "one day they are going to put my husband in prison for all of the money he's stolen from those old people he watches.  Jared says "I've got a lot on the people who run Las Vegas and no one would dare testify against me."  Claire went on to say that Jared Shafer has been contacted by the IRS, FBI, and Social Security administrations for missing funds.  She said they were looking for twenty million dollars, which they believe had been stolen over 35 years.  Claire said "my husband can buy anyone off.  Everyone has a price and I know how to find the amount."  Several people in the spa were listening to this conversation.  One older lady said "how how can you live with a man like this?"  Claire answered saying "I've never had to work a day in my life since I married Jared. "  Another a young girl asked do you love him?"  Claire said "I gave up on that emotion a long time ago."  Claire appeared to be drinking.  She said "we've got enough money outside the US.  If anything goes wrong, Jared and me will be fine."  Mr. Shafer runs a criminal enterprise.  Jared Shafer's crimes are based upon stealing.  Patience Bristol another crook stays with Shafer because she can't find employment anywhere else.  I lost everything, but so have a lot of families.  Jared Shafer will never be stopped.
