However, in December 2011 the ring turns again and I was told that the ring could turn in less than 2 months depending on the body chemistry. I explained to them that I have purchased several items in white gold and have had them for years and have yet to have one redipped as of yet. Now we are in January of 2012 and the ring is peeling as if it was covered in clear fingernail polish and they redipped it again yesterday. I contacted customer service to explain that having this ring requires too much maintenance that I never expected and all they would say " Is we apologize it could be something in the body chemistry that may be turning the ring" I wanted to tell her I know I am hot but honey this is not the reason. I will suggest to anyone to not buy from here because after the sale they will not resolve your issues. I did not expect this when we spent thousands on this ring but the are just as cheap in quality as the mall jewelry stores. ( What did I expect they own Kay Jewlers too)
