Jason Applebaum runs a car sales business thats claim to fame is that he'll buy cars and you'll never have to pay taxes on it.  He goes around getting money from people to buy cars they want.  Then he gives them every excuse under the sun as to why its not been shipped or even purchased.  He tries to use terms that the average person wouldn't understand in hopes to buy more time so he can get another clients money to pay for the previous clients car. 

One would assume it was due to all the nights out and days off from getting people the cars they paid for. Jason Applebaum is going to screw over a lot of his clients when his fraud is uncovered and all those people will left with hefty fines due to Jason's lack of paying the taxes on every car he purchases.
