The Diamond Face Institute is a facial plastic surgery practice specializing in performing “the most state of the art, the most sophisticated, and the most advanced procedures with regard to cosmetic surgery for the neck and above,” according to Jason Diamond, MD, a board certified facial plastic surgeon. Leads are typically acquired through word of mouth, based on The Diamond Face Institute’s reputation. “I’ve developed a reputation as being an expert, so I get called to Dubai every three months or so; I’m called to Russia every three months; [and] I have clients in New York City because of that demand. I have a lot of demand where it’s all just word of mouth and reputation,” states Dr. Diamond. Dr. Diamond strives to give each patient the personal interaction and attention required to ensure that all their needs are being met. “I try not to see a lot of people so I’m able to spend at least an hour with potential clients. When it comes to surgery days, I’ll only schedule one surgery… With only one surgery per day, I don’t have to race through it,” states Dr. Diamond.
The sales process at The Diamond Face Institute beings with an inquiry from a potential patient, either by phone or e-mail. At that point, an hour-long consultation is scheduled to allow Dr. Diamond to discuss all the details with the potential patient. If the person is not local or is otherwise unable to attend a consultation in-person, The Diamond Face Institute will arrange a consultation via Skype or by phone. Jason B. At times, a patient might not feel completely satisfied with the services they received. “There is not a common complaint with this practice, but there is not one doctor without a patient who is unhappy. It’s usually related to patient expectations. There are so many variables of healing, coupled with a person’s own expectations,” states Dr. Diamond. “I can only recall once or twice in my career when I did not get the results I thought I’d get.” If there is an issue, however, Dr. Diamond states that he will sit down with that person for as long as it takes to discuss the situation and determine what can be done to improve the patient’s experience. “I will give them every bit of counseling they need in regards to what the surgery did for them, what it was supposed to do, and what we actually achieved. I’ll find out if there is anything I can do to make the result better,” states Dr. Diamond. At times, it is possible to improve the patient’s outcome by doing an extra procedure, and Dr. Diamond states that if he can complete the extra work safely, then he will do it at no cost to the patient. “It’s very rare [that a patient is unhappy], but it does come up from time to time and I’m here to help and to make things better,” states Dr. Diamond.
In an effort to avoid dissatisfaction in his clients, Dr. Diamond strives to spend ample time with each person to discuss the possible outcome of the surgery and what their expectations are. “I tell them as honestly as I can the expected results that I can get. I never over-promise. I always under-promise. I know exactly what I can do [and] I relay that to the best of my ability,” states Dr. Diamond. “There would be no questions asked if a patient didn’t get what we agreed upon; I would refund their money. If it was a situation, which is common, where the results are as they are supposed to be, but the patient is still unhappy then we will look at the long consultation that we had [and] we’ll see what I can do.” After each patient’s appointment, a follow-up is automatically scheduled either in person, by phone, or whatever method is easiest for the patient. Through this follow-up process, Dr. Diamond tries to ensure that his patients are satisfied and healing properly, and also to discuss the results with them. “I always spend substantial time with my patients during consultations,” he states.
In response to the complaints posted against his business on Ripoff Report, Dr. Diamond states that he feels they may be fake. “They might be competitors. I know all of my patients are these situations don’t sound familiar. There might be one patient that I can think of who was not happy after surgery. I am sure I explained to her that I could not get her desired results, but she basically insisted that I perform the surgery. After the surgery, the results were far better than I had expected. I did all that I could do,” he states.

Dr Jason Diamond is an moronic butcher who destroyed my nose and face leaving me with nerve destruction.
My girlfriend referred me to him after meeting him at a party and I later found out (when it was too late), that he snorts drugs and drinks, coming into the office all f***ked up.He destroyed my life and I asked him to fix the mess but he wanted more money and he wouldn't he offer a payment plan.
This Dr Diamond has no surgical skill, morals, ethics and is dishonest as h**l.
