The man that is behind this company, Jason Poswencyk, is the most unprofessional business owner I've encountered. I called him to find out more about how the laser process works and agreed to meet him. After meeting with Jason I really didn't feel comfortable since the procedure isn't performed in a licensed facility. I told Jason that I didn't want to move forward and thats when things got wierd. Not only did he not accept no for an answer, he began stalking and harrassing me and a friend of mine that also inquired about his services. I highly advise anyone that is thinking about dealing with this man to think again. Its not worth it!

There has been zero contact and random numbers cannot be used as I am disabled and bedriddWading third floor and use a walker and can't leave my home. I don't wait for a judgement from God! I do not wait for Karma! When I am pushed I push back! If you cut me off purposely on the road then I will chase you down until I can do the same thing back!!! If you tailgate me I will slam on my brakes, sh*t I might even roll a penny out my sunroof...If you keep pushing me I will push back harder, but be careful if you push me too far, I will snap!!! I will NEVER let anyone hurt me or my family and get away with it!!!
Every bit of trouble I have been in is only because I either lost my temper and went to far after I was pushed to much, or it was from defending myself or a Family member...If a girlfriends family intrudes on my relationships and tries to break it up then you have earned an enemy...If you miss treat my kid then your f****d, if you threaten my son you will have hell to pay...If you steel from me, I will steel it back and some. If you hit me once I will hit you twice! Get it???
Now if you don't screw with me then you have no worries! Thats it!!! Do you think I have restraining orders because I just mess with people for no reason??? NOOO its always justified..If you hurt my feelings I will let you know if you continue then I leave you if your a girlfriend then I dump you. I think calling the Police is for P***** in most cases....Everyone of those people that have a restraining order on me did something really bad to me and when it is personal I don't call the police, I take care of my business myself...If you rip me off or write me a bad check on purpose, then I will call you everyday until I get my money...If I don't get my money then I will find some dirt on you and expose it!!! Get it yet???
Nobody in this world should ever get away with doing wrong to other human beings and the LAW never helps you when your in need soooo if you want to play with fire then throw in some gasoline and I will explode on you.....
Otherwise I am a VERY nice and Giving person. I would give you the shirt off my back, I will treat you like gold and give you unlimited amounts of respect...I am very tentative and caring..I give everyone the benefit of doubt...But if you take advantage of that then you lose it! I have helped thousands of people with not only addictions but I help out the homeless even if I am broke....The only girl I ever hit was my sister because she hit me in the head with a telephone, plus Sisters don't count as girls because mine is a b****.. I hate irresponsible people, I hate animal abuse, I hate Dead Beat Dads
Most of all I Hate People who instigate a fight or arguments!!! I walk away, but if you put your hands on me then I will teach you a lesson... Basically all this RIPOFFREPORT is doing is hurting thousands of People that need to quit smoking..Really!!! I offer the most effective treatments in South Florida and I am the best counselor around because Addiction runs wild in my family, except for me...I did my share of drugs but never liked them enough to become addicted.........

Obviously my tactics to stop threatening phone calls to kill my son and I did not work. Have you ever been so desperate that you would do anything to Stop someone from contacting you??? My Father is very sick though and he has Renal Cell Carcinoma...He is being transported to JFK Hospital in Lake Worth as we speak to get a Biopsy....As far as these threats go I am going to do what I can to stop it! And after threatening a 7 Year old life what would you do? Your own Blood! They will find out soon enough because I will take the Law out in My Own Hands if this Restraining order gets denied!!!

Well I'm sure as you all can see that his rebuttal speaks for itself. Calling me 63 times in two days, smd of course a lady wishing to have a date and meet a potential partner is NOT a prostitutes lol. I agree whole heartedly with that last woman. This Jason is living in a fantasy world. I can only pray that he is never alone with any female client nor vendor. I had the horrible luck of meeting Jason Piswencyk on a dating website. He actually came across as intelligent, respectful and a good father
After emailing for a bit, we took the next step of texting one another. He asked me ud I would like to see a picture and I replied sir. Well, OMG, this vile, disgusting (also ugly and horrible body) man sent me a lucie of gimsef! Totally NUDE!! With his ding song saluting heaven!!!!
First of all ladies, eewwww! Second of all, what kind of person would do this if they were regular and normal? Your right. The answer is no one. But wait, it gets worse! Of course I texted back to voice my outrage and recievrd a reply that I was only a bitch cripple (I had earlier confided to him that I have Multiple Sclerosis). Well I then went on to tell him I had forwarded the pic to all my friends and went on to describe their various colorful responses. (It seemed appropriate at the tine after the cripple comment). Well this supposed professional business man, who deals with the public. in private settings texted me that hr ead going to hunt me down and I don't know who or what I'm dealing with and I'm going to go missing and once someone kills me ill be dead forever. IS THIS THE TYPE OF MAN WHO SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC?!?!?! Did you read the maniacal tantings of that lunatic????
Well hold on to your hats because it actually gets worse!!!! I wrongly taunted him the next day that I still wasn't dead and no one could believe that a man with such a crooked funny looking g 'membet' with an actual concave chest would have the nerve to send an actually be proud of that lewd vile pic. So I later get a call from a Palm Beach County deputy asking me if I threatened to blow up his house!!!!! Who does such a nutty crazy thing? Well I told the story and that if its not by text it didn't happen because we never spoke to eachother and my cellphone light would price that as well as the text message file from the cellphone company so that if he did somehow alter a text it would be proven fraudelent! I was assured I could Sue him criminally and civilly for filing a false police report and defamation. I just want everyone to know what type of mental problems this man pervert seems to possess BEFORE you get involved in business dealings with him! He admitted to making death threats against the man in the first report and the next woman tells us about numerous restraining orders and lastly my 100% truthful story of death threats, false reports and odd sexually deviant behavior. Most of us are like that with our own children and could never be jealous of a child. I love words. I thank you for hearing my words. I want to tell you something about words that I think is important. They're my work, they're my play, they're my passion. Words are all we have, really. We have thoughts but thoughts are fluid. then we assign a word to a thought and we're stuck with that word for that thought, so be careful with words. I like to think that the same words that hurt can heal, it is a matter of how you pick them.
There are some people that are not into all the words. There are some that would have you not use certain words. There are 400,000 words in the English language and there are 7 of them you can't say on television. What a ratio that is. 399,993 to 7. They must really be bad. They'd have to be outrageous to be seperated from a group that large. All of you over here,you 7, Bad Words. That's what they told us they were, remember? "That's a bad word!"
No bad words, bad thoughts, bad intentions, and words. You know the 7, don't you, that you can't say on television? "Sh*t, Piss, F*ck, C*nt, CockS*cker, MotherF*cker, and Tits" Those are the heavy seven. Those are the ones that'll infect your soul, curve your spine, and keep the country from winning the war. "Sh*t, Piss, F*ck, C*nt, C*ckSucker, MotherF*cker, and Tits" Wow! ...and Tits doesn't even belong on the list. That is such a friendly sounding word.
It sounds like a nickname, right? "Hey, Tits, come here, man. Hey Tits, meet Toots. Toots, Tits. Tits, Toots." It sounds like a snack, doesn't it? Yes, I know, it is a snack. Besides the literal translation and the emotional feeling. I mean, they're just busy words. There's a lot of syllables to contend with. And those Ks, those are agressive sounds.

We mentioned Sh*t earlier, and 2 of the other 4-letter Anglo-Saxon words are Piss and C*nt, which go together of course. A little accedental humor there. The reason that Piss and C*nt are on the list is because a long time ago, there were certain ladies that said "Those are the 2 I am not going to say. I don't mind F*ck and Sh*t but 'P' and 'C' are out.", which led to such stupid sentences as "Okay you fuckers, I'm going to tinckle now." And, of course, the word F*ck.
I don't really, well that's more accedental humor, I don't wanna get into that now because I think it takes to long. But I do mean that. I think the word F*ck is a very imprortant word. It is the beginning of life, yet it is a word we use to hurt one another quite often. Wow this is funny I get a discrediting post the same day I get a testimonial.... funny thing that it is anonymous again and which proves they are lying because they have no invoice... plus my treatments have a guarantee so for people to complain about my product and tell me that it did not work is a bunch of crap. Laser treatment for smoking does not work!!!! It is a total waste of money. It is the new snake oil which is why no one uses it anymore. There is no evidence laser therapy works in helping smokers quit. I have used laser therapy and it did not work. I quit successfully using the nicotine patch daily.

In my personal experience with N A Laser, dealing with Jason in particular, I did not at all find him harassing or in any way unprofessional.
When I first became familiar with the procedure, I was very hesitant, and uncertain of the possibility of results, and felt after I had called him 3 or 4 times with many questions (who was harassing who :), I never felt pressured or intimidated to schedule.
After a few months of consideration, I called him again, he was very friendly and courteous, and spoke to me in a manner that made me feel as if he remembered me and his patience was again readily available as I expressed my doubts.
I was not hesitant or concerned about licensing, since I was not having a medical procedure, and felt very comfortable with the flexibility of the scheduling in my home. ( a friend not as comfortable, had him visit her office, and was also very pleased)
I am excited to say that I have been smoke free for several months...and the best part of the treatment that I found has been my ability to continue to remain in contact with Jason...he has been an incredible mentor in maintaining my smoke-free mentality.
The treatment and the gentleman both are highly recommended..it seems to be a "personal" situation from what I have read here, and luckily for you Jason, I...like many others know better than to let personal judgement cloud good business.
You have provided a great service to me...let me provide one to you. Do not waste your time trying to clean up a mess someone attempts to make of you. It takes time away from the good that you have, and can continue to accomplish. Best of luck in the New Year!

I am Jason Alan Poswencyk owner of North American Laser the stop smoking clinic... since we have idiots posting stuff about me that they know nothing about I want to give you the truth!!! in my business I deal with Addicts. My father was an addict and I was exposed this my whole life. I have always wanted to help people. another downfall of being me is I always try to fix people also. and I know that is not right you cannot 6 people they need to fix themselves. but being the type of person that I am I had a girlfriend that turned into an alcoholic because her father died. I tried to help her in every way possible she had hit me she stole from me she lie to me and her family also attacked me because of the business that I had her father was dying of smoking. all I was to them was a reminder of why he was dying and when he died I got attacked constantly because of the type of car I drive that has stop smoking all over it they got sick of looking at it and cause problems to cause us to break up well Theresa Rose Comstock didn't handle the break up very well. she started stalking me and I had to make police reports and get her trespassed. she also violated her trespass. above or below you will see the documents from the sheriff's office that she violated her trespass and showed up drunk both times and had to be driven home by someone else. unfortunately she was not arrested because she was not caught on the property they caught her on my next door neighbor's backyard.. my neighbors found her phone in their backyard and called her uncle.. she had not come home for 2 days and left her children... this is just an example of what I have to deal with please read the documents that I attached to this for yourself if you want to know anything else about me including my whole criminal background ask me first about it so you can hear my story and you know what would really happen. because after you read these police reports that I provided for you it will open your eyes up to know that people do abuse the law NY

we have all seen situations like this before in our life! growing up as children and in our workplace. when people's feelings get hurt they attack low self esteem can also cause people to do these things.. ever since the internet was born it has been in information outlet for everyone. just google it just look it up on the Internet it's out there but what is truth and what is lies. the reason I use presidential candidates or politics in general was to prove a point. when people bash other people on the internet or make police report against them 50 percent of it is garbage and half the time the person making the police report is actually the instigator. see I am the type of person that doesn't like to call the police at every second that something is done wrong to me. I tried to ignore the person or never called them delete your number but yet they can't stop. I have gotten people trespassed from my property and yet they violated it and yet still I could not get a restraining order on them.. so at that point I kinda give up and have no faith in our legal system. but the legal system always seems to work for the criminals. so everything you see hear about me is me taking the law into my own hands. and believe me I have paid for everything that I have ever done in my past but this is my past in this is 2013..... and believe me nobody wants to pick 2012 in the past more than I do. if you wanna look into my past go ahead I put it behind me and believe me my past was awful I did not want to live it. I had a very very rough life and I have battled to get out f a lot of bad situations. and trust me I have not been an angel my whole life I was a boy living in South Florida hanging with other boys getting into trouble. and yes it may have taken me a little bit longer to grow up than other people... every day I am trying to make myself a better person and I still fall short of that sometimes. I enjoy being a father and I enjoy life.. I also enjoy being single because I will have no drama my life. I also give back to the community. I do cancer benefits and I make donations.. I have also done community service at the turtle museum because I enjoy wildlife.. and I will not lie the community service was from a speeding ticket. aviary very very fast speeding ticket... and believe me after all the speeding tickets I have gotten I have learned my lesson too lol.. unfortunately the hard way... I help turtles of the road so they don't get killed... I'm sure you can see that I am making a point here we all have a good side and a bad side... in this is very unfortunate for me because all you're saying right now is the bad in my life or lies that a person is making against me because they did not get what they wanted from me... Fyi....all of the crap you will find on me like this was copy and pasted by the same person..... I have tried to contact Ripoff Report.com and get all of this deleted because this was all falls and slander but Ripoff Report.com holds the legal right to keep this posted up there weather anybody likes it or not they have 1 in every single court battle.. so in case you're wondering why this is still posted up there since June or July there is your answer.....

because of the heavy advertising I do on Facebook I have also been attacked by people that don't want my spam anymore it seems today now a days nobody can handle spam!!! what I don't understand is how did these people deal with commercials on the TV and radio for the whole lives? with the TV and the radio you can change channels on Facebook it's easy to all you have to do is delete that person 1 simple thing or press block so you don't see their newsfeed... but instead people make it a lot harder so they call you up and threatened your life that they're gonna kill you if you don't stop sending them spam mail or I get death threats for making events to invite people that have joined my group that don't understand how to use Facebook so they lash out and attack me verbally.. everyone has a breaking point... but this is 1 of the downsides of the business that I do the upside is that I get to help thousands of people quit smoking and live longer and that is worth it

example road rage when somebody cut you off on purpose? the bad thing about it is it when I do it I have a car with my phone number in my business name on it. so I get called out on everything I do. my car is bright orange and looks like a taxi and says stop smoking with my phone number really big on it. I am an eye soaron the road. this really sucks because this puts me out there in Leaves me open for attack every day. I also have problems with scam artist trying to sue me cutting me off and slamming on the brakes on purpose knowing I have a business thinking I have money to give them. I am the center of attack for so many reasons and it has to do with all the good that I do... so being that I have a lot of stress the have to deal with everyday I think I handle things quite well after being in business for 10 years and only having 1 or 2 complaints by people that have never even use my services... so if you can let a man run our country that is obviously a criminal himself for what he's doing and before that you let President Bush run our country well I think I am an Angel compared to them!!!

Because of the business I am in, Smokers and Children call me 24-7 and harrass me and crank call me bash me. I constantly get threats to leave addicts alone...I have also treated people that shoot oxy cotton and have had to make very tough decisions and had to call DCF because of what they have done in front of their children... I have been dealing with these kind of phone calls for 10 years now... I get her asking phone calls about spam or my advertising but yet how does a business owner get the word out there that he does what he does??? all I want to do is help people that want to quit smoking I don't force anybody to do anything I just provide a service if people on my services that is what I'm here for so I get attacked right left for trying to help people no matter what I do so keep it coming Tammy Duncan Lopez .... the only time you will ever see me in competition is when I'm defending myself or a family member... so believe whatever you want to believe I am NOT going to get 1,000,000 of my friends to the outs for me as being a good person to come up on here and make a bunch of fake testimonials and how my treatment is so effective... this is all a personal attack on me by girls with other broken hearts for evil Souls... it is funny when I became friends with Lisa Antonio Tammy's good friend all I had in common was a pet snake and that's only reason we talked I've never met her it was all from Facebook... then I started getting text from somebody I never knew in my life Tammy Dunkin Lopez.. she was always drunk texting me and asking me for obscene pictures and when I didn't give it to her this is how she attacked me and this is not ended ever since.

when you go to my criminal history and you see that there is domestic violence domestic violence covers a broad area and does not mean that I have ever hit a girl in my life... we got into fights and we broke up and she was stalking me and I have the proof of it... now this fake report about me on Rip off Report.com by Tammy Duncan Lopez of West Palm Beach Florida... was a girl that attacked me on the internet for making a page trying to help people with a disease that they knew nothing about... the group is called Candida... I made this group to help 1000 people to try to find out about it is easy probably didn't even know they had and Tammy went on there and publicly humiliated me.... and after that yes I did for it in and I got very mean and Tammy went and filed a restraining order on me... the judge did not approve of it do you know why because Tammy is a fake and I've never met her in my life and she pushed my buttons.... end of story keep pressing me keep doing this because negative publicity is also good for business too! Tammy and her Friend Lisa D'Antonio also have a very huge criminal record and then got in trouble for date raping men and taking all their money while they are drugged up... so while you look through my criminal history to find out little bit about me why don't you I also go to the criminal history of the people that I have court dates with or I have had problems with and look at their history and see why they are in the computer data base themselves. I hired a private investigator to find out who made the original false report and it went down and tracked it to Tammy... I confronted Tammy about this 2 days ago and look now I have another report on main go figure right??? like I was saying in my other re bottle if you mess with me I will mess with you back otherwise I am a professional businessman... just like every other human being in this world if you cross me and you do something wrong to me on purpose chances are I will get you back... every time I have ever gotten in trouble in my life it was all based on principle and I have always stood up for what was right and wrong and if I get myself in trouble doing it so be it.. at least I can sleep at night knowing I stood up for my family and what was right

You should stop threatening and harassing people. It is disgusting that a man with a 7 year old son would threaten to kill someone. You talk about your fathers cancer and your sons future life yet your death threats show you have little value for human life. I hope you get the help you need to grow and become a better person. I personally wouldn't let you in my home or support your business. You do stalk and harass people. You threaten to kill women for no reason and you accuse people of malice against you when you have no reason. There are written threats from your cell phone and other internet sites where you threaten numerous women with death. You should take a step back and get some help. You also have a tendency for "dating violence".

Rick Scott is our governor in Florida isnt he? My point is is we all have a past lookup my criminal history it's okay you didn't look up Obama's history before you voted for him did you. Then you find out all this dirty stuff about him after you vote for him but now he's our president again??!? I didn't vote for him! My point is if these people did not do things properly once a nonymous and 1 name is Bob Blums worth... there is no invoices to prove these people did business with me there is no proper channeling like they do on the Better Business Bureau. Really if you want to steer these people away from my business give them an example of what I did. Show your proof tell everybody your names!!! I am a 39 year old man and I have a 7 year old son. I do not have time to stalk people nor do I think anybody in this world is that important... I turn my back on drama ... 2012 was the roughest your of ever dealt with my dad almost died of cancer but you beat it but dealing with cancer and dealing with death in your life is not a fun thing so last year was my worst year.. I was not a nice person to be around I admit it I don't with hings the wrong way and chased a lot of people out of my life and that what this is all about. Does not say anything about my treatments and how effective are not effective they are it does not say how long it last it does not say if you went back to smoking it does not explain my treatments at all this is a personal attack on my character but you know what you're not paying for my character are you you're paying for effective treatment that works and your paying for experience. This business owner Jason is very unprofessional. He has a history of threatening people, especially women. If you go on the Clerk of the Court for Palm Beach County you can see several pages of women filing for restraining orders. There are so many. I would never feel comfortable with this man in my home.

I was watching tv today in kinda of a crappy mood and was noticing the camera man or editor screwing up and the topics did not match the video. So I was ready to call and complain because it happens alot lately. Well after I though like that I looked in the Mirror and realized that I could of ended someones career, a career that could also be pasted on to a kid like my own. What this person said about me was not true but I am sure its a girl that I dated and broke up with recently because I spend to much time with my son and they get jealous that I ignore them. Thats what happens when you meet lots of people, you will get a bad apple once in a while. And this really sucks that this is out there for everyone to see for the rest of my life. I can live with it even if it is a lie because I made a decision that led to this happening! All I can do is say ohwell and move on! This is not going to stop me from doing what I do best!!! I admit I have had a temper before with people but I have a 7 year old son and there's no reason at all for me to ever stock anybody..
I have never met anyone in a cafe thats crazy.. I am spoiled I like their conditioning so I would prefer to be in someone's home or office I shut the office down because people get too tired from the treatments and I don't want them driving home. But for being in business for 10 years for 1 complaint not too bad is it... and also the funny thing is that this person is not complaining about my services they're complaining about me personally. so obviously it is a personal issue it's a lie we had a falling out whoever this person is and you know I have you ever had a falling out with somebody? Did that person trying to smear your name for your business in the dirt? This person reporting my company obviously had a grudge because he or she is not using his or her real name. Too bad this company is not more like the Better Business Bureau because Ripoff Report is just taking in a random hate email basically for everyone else to see. The only time I have ever had a problem with a customer was after getting to the customers homes in finding out they did not have money to pay for it. In situations like that I refuse service and leave and never do treatment on that customer again. my treatments and procedures are fully explained on the phone before I get to the customers house. If the customer does not like what is about to be done they have every right to turn down my service. In the 9 years that I have been doing these treatments I have never had a customer refused service. I have had my share of customers that don't understand the difference between physical cravings in the withdrawals and the mental habit. So basically this person made a false report and this false report needs to be taken down. I offer free treatments for teens under 18... my company has been featured on the channel 5 news the channel 12 news and we have been doing benefits all over Palm Beach County... currently me and my family have been taking it easy trying to help my father beat cancer.... all I want to do is to help people... just like every human being in this world we bump into some drama in our lives and this is 1 of those situations... so take what you want from this false report but please look into my reputation as a business person and you will find out that I have nothing but satisfactory results... please go to my website at www.nalaser.com or call me at 5616263622
