They are very mean people trying to make money from their tenants with whatever option they can. During my stay me and my cotenants witnessed several tenants being harassed, but the owner is very careful to make sure the tenants are liable for whatever happens there. He does not give any receipts or give out any evidence that can work against them. They are reallyt really mean and wicked people.

The owner takes all cash (black money) and gives no receipts even if requested. We never knew who is the owner, sometimes the rental papers say Jay Choudary , Jay Kadian, Ritu Kadian, Vijay and so on. All are very cunning with big attitude.

The utilities bill is another rip. We are not provided enough evidence of the bills, but the owner just shares a printed excel sheet paper. The owner drops into the house without prior information at any time, even if its morning or late at 10:30. He has keys for all his apartment units and it is very bad that he opens the doors without prior intimation. He is also very racial, he never rents for anyone other than Indians, who are the most victimized and don't know the local laws. He puts undue pressure on the tenants. I wish someone with the guts, money  and time can easily sue him and win the case. Unfortunately all the Indians are very time short and don't want to waste their time. I even now see other tenants there being victimized, all are careful because the owner cuts a huge profit by not returning the security deposit as is. 

I can go on telling the way he looks out for money... he does not allow you to use your own internet. You have to use his. Same with phone too. He charged a huge money when I vacated the house for cleaning and damaging property which is not true and unprofessional. All tenants are unsatisfied with him, and only to terminate the lease. The average stay is 6 months for a tenant, which also happens to be the minimum lease period.

I don't recommend anyone to take this house. These guys are really theives, be careful they get into the house without intimating or taking permission. When I was away for a week to a different state, as a safety I informed to these guys but these guys put an advertisement in Sulekha and Airbnb, Craigslist and rented the house for short term. Very very bad guys, they have keys to all of your wardrobes.

Even though they work for big companies they behave cheap and very unethical. Vijay Kadian, Ritu Kadian, Jay Choudhary, Meenakshi Choudhar and their family owns and operates real estate and other visa sponsoring company. They bring in people illegally into the USA. They run their own office inside their house with their familes coming in B2 visa.

issue update from Feb/Mar this year onwards..

I am updating my report and unless fairly resolved will keep doing so against dealing with these folks above. They've still not sent fees from their side to ror arbitrate as was agreed even though i already gave my part of it thinking it was done. So why they not doing as was agreed? If they would still do that and inform me as agreed, i will readily put in a positive update here of all finally having been resolved and done right.
But meanwhile everyone needs to know that these folks identified above just take in anyone as tenant without checking so be warned as you will get pot smokers and gang members for neighbors.
These tenants then holler all day long, play mischiefs on others and peer through each other windows.
There is one unruly tenant who physically threatens, shouts insults and bangs doors if anyone complains he is noisy.
Someone or the other is routinely getting evicted from there. Also unit has pest and issues but no one knows. Its painful living in such a place given all these problems.
They Jay-Meenakshi-Salonee-Ritu-Vijay also illegally rented my apartment short term to someone else through airbnb in my lease when I was away for a week.
I also saw them harboring their families as illegals with B2visa but working with them. Their friend Tom Wiliamon helps with them in all this.They also took my personal stuff using keys they have to all wardrobes and even tried to put on me damage that was actually done by the others living there (other tenant roomies who did so after getting pissed from their many evict notices). I and my friends while later visiting there personally saw these unruly co-tenant roomies at it for hrs throwing garbage, damaging, can spraying floors and stuff and also removing items from unit. But no one dares tackle them and instead their damage is sought to be put on innocents. Good thing before vacating I took video of the unit inspection on my part, well in advance of when these other roommies finally vacated from the unit few days after. I recently provided thevideo to Jay so now he can no longer pretend not knowing of it. So if anyone even tries to blame any such damage onto others, my video is ready. Also why would I pay any further for any last month utility or rent when I was already vacating there and my security already with them more than covered for it. They would have taken all that as extra and I am not stupid. Do not deal with them as your stress, time and expense will be even more.
