Jay Edward Levine Inactive Lawyer, Active Judge Jay Edward Levine does business as an agent for service for the corporation, where the mastermind for the corporation brags about Jay Levines status as their attorney Oceanside, California

Jay Edward Levine is an inactive lawyer and active Administrative Law Judge, who does business as an agent for service for the corporation.  This violates the canons of judicial ethics!  In addition, the address where the corporation is to be served, available on the Ca Secretary of State website, does not exist!   This violates the Ca Corporations Code Section 1502 et. seq.      To make matters even worse, the mastermind of this corporation, that used to make disturbing and racist comments about a person and got sued by such person, hired a lawyer to defend the lawsuit, refused to pay the lawyer, and started bragging that Jay Levine was their attorney and right hand, very powerful, well-connected and influential beyond belief, and also threatened that Jay Levine would be used for illegal purposes.  Does it look like unethical, outrageous, illegal and repugnant beyond belief?!  What a shame!  Judges are supposed to adhere to the ethical and legal standards, not be used to facilitate violations of the law by corporation and its mastermind!
