He is 59 yrs. old...slender in build...about 5'7" tall...grey hair.
He has a scam going where he will meet women on dating sites...or in bars or other places of business...even where he works when he works.
He lies to them...says he's divorced etc...sick with cancer or heart disease or other health problems.
The women feel sorry for him...let him move in with them...and this is where the rest of the scam begins.
He will then have them put him on his cell phone plans..he .gets a cell phone from them...borrows money from them which he will never repay...lets women be his "sugar mama"...so to speak.
Then...he calls other women on the cell phone...and keeps the scam going
He will also borrow the womans car...with whom he lives...and go meet other women ...and live with them and so on and so on...This has been going on for too many years...he needs to be stopped and put in jail.
He gives women STD's...not careful with his sexual urges
He also is an alcoholic...has a very bad temper.
