j.b.c. legal group attempted to force me to pay an old phone bill from 1991 that was under my father in law's social number. Said it was from Verizon. Verizon has no records of any outstanding bills under that social and told me to request j.b.c.'s address and other information.

When I requested this information, j.b.c. stated that since the bill was so old they would just cancell the account and no one would be required to pay the bill.
