Omg, I strongly urge EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY from this place. I bought the car in may 2010, uponrosession in September of 2012 I still owed 11k on A car that was 13k to begin with.... Everything went fine, I always Dealt with Amanda and she was really nice and understanding, then The new B**** Holly took over and changed my account manager 3 times in 6 months. My husband had surgery in August and I informed them I was not going to be able to work, she said it was ok not to worry about it, then I start getting harassing phone calls while he is half dead in the hospital treating they are going to drive to Peoria to retrieve my car, I never hid it from them, told her I wasn't dealing with her idiots any longer... So after he gets home in mid September I still have the car for two whole weeks until the beginning of October, then she wants to put her big girl panties on and try and run her mouth to me and name call like she's in high school???? Needless to say, I am now having my attorney take over, still o word on weather or not the car has been sold at auction, I'm sure it has, but I guess we shall see what the attorney says to do next..... Btw, I'm sure Holly will read this, and I'm still waiting for that A** beating you been telling people you were going to give me, I guess u should watch who u talk S*** it, I know ALOT of people in this town..... STAY AWAY FROM JD BYRYDER IN SPRINGFIELD ILLINOIS AND DECATUR ILLINOIS

let us know your shyster attorneys name so we can know to avoid him.
If he took/takes your "case" he knows he can't win with you being a serial deadbeat and more than a little behind on your payments.
Personally, I think you're LYING about having an attorney.
You're not only a deadbeat, but you blame the wrong people with your failings and problems an are belligerent to people attempting what you AGREED to pay them...YOU are the Ripoff.

This company took a risk on you and loaned you 13K for a car. In exchange for that you made a legal agreement to make payments at certain times and for certain amounts. So now a couple of years later, with you appearing to have at least some history of being late or delinquent. You claim you no longer have enough money to make your payment. But you have enough money to hire an attorney....Ummmmm.
Oh by the way here is what the attorney is going to tell you. If they followed the law in Repossessing and auctioning off your car. You are going to be in for a surprise because you are still legally on the hook for the balance of the loan after they deduct what they sold the car for. This includes sending you to collections and possibly filing suit against you in a court of law. Where if they get a judgement depending on your State they may be able to garnish your wages, attach your bank account, or file an additional lien on any real property you may own.
Oh and it you think they were bad...just wait until you try to get another car loan.
