If he took/takes your "case" he knows he can't win with you being a serial deadbeat and more than a little behind on your payments.
Personally, I think you're LYING about having an attorney.
You're not only a deadbeat, but you blame the wrong people with your failings and problems an are belligerent to people attempting what you AGREED to pay them...YOU are the Ripoff.

Oh by the way here is what the attorney is going to tell you. If they followed the law in Repossessing and auctioning off your car. You are going to be in for a surprise because you are still legally on the hook for the balance of the loan after they deduct what they sold the car for. This includes sending you to collections and possibly filing suit against you in a court of law. Where if they get a judgement depending on your State they may be able to garnish your wages, attach your bank account, or file an additional lien on any real property you may own.
Oh and it you think they were bad...just wait until you try to get another car loan.
