H Bennett Kip won a summary judgment against  Brandon and Jeannie Hurd
for 80,000 dollars. Jeannie admitted in court to lying on mortgage
documents to secure a loan.



As
stated
the first week of January, Kip Bennett won a summary judgment
against the Hurds. Jeannie admitted in court that she owed the debt
and, in doing so, she also admitted to committing fraud when she took an
additional loan from Wells Fargo. Jeannie and Brandon both insisted
they owned " Their" house free and clear. The judge dismissed her
explanation of events and other statements
as ridiculousness.

Jeannie
Thayer Hurd and Brandon Howard Hurd are guilty of committing fraud.
They intentionally secured a second and third mortgages by falsifying
paperwork and lying to Wells Fargo Bank about money they owed on
their first mortgage.Each count carries a mandatory 20 year sentence 


The
Hurds first mortgage is held by  Kip Bennett, who constructed
the house at his expense with assurances form his then wife Linda (
Cook ).
They
have had more than enough time to repay their debt. They have been
make interest payment on the loan for the past 8 years. They claimed
they would pay off the debt they owed Kip Bennett when they got the
money from Wells Fargo.

They
never followed through with any part of the agreement.

Aided
by Linda Cook the Hurds never had any intentions on ever paying for
the house constructed by Kip Bennett.

Jeannie
and Brandon have been trying to keep the facts of their situation
unknown to their family and friends. They have and due continuously
lie to anyone and everyone who will listen. They are cowards who
simply refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. Their
total and complete lack of character is sicking and shameful
