I purchased the REO PROFIT GENERATOR SOFTWARE at a seminar where Jeff Adams presented it. It did not work as he demonstrated. It was suppose to pull up every REO for sale in an area. When it scraped the web it pulled up every web ad that was tagged "REO". I requested help from both the email help and phone request(usually when calling you get a vm) It takes 1-2 days for them to get back to you. After multiple problems, they said there was a glitch, they sent me a new link and pw to download a new copy of the software. I did that and it is called "Online Lead FInder by DUncan Weiman. There were no instructions on how to use. The email for help was to Duncan WEimans company not Jeff Daniels. As part of my purchase I became a member of of Jeff Adams Insider. WHen i logged into the site several of the categories said I was not authorized to use. It took 2 weeks for the m to resolve their internal problem so I could get in. THeir customer service sucks and is almost non existant. When calling you almost always get a voice mail. When you send an email support ticket it takes them days to get back to you. His websites say he guarantee's satisfaction. Well, i am not satisfied and have proceeded to get a refund since my initial problems in November. Today I spoke with my credit card company and they are filing a request for a refund. I am also going to post this same complaint in the BBB.
