This company run by Jeff burger, is deceptive. They are not the Gay friendly realtors as they say. They are trying to scam the gay community with there lies. I have never had such a bad experience with a realtor until I got involved with Jeff burger. Please be aware of his false practices along with the companies he is involved with. You are risking one of your biggest investments, I made the mistake of allowing myself to be scammed by this man. Beware!!

Transaction? You are a sociopath. We never did business. I have also filed a restraining order against you last week. The police department called you and you denied knowing anything about this and you said they must have the wrong number. So have fun... You are pushing yourself into trouble with the law very soon.

By all means Jeff, Please have the FBI come see me, I would love to talk to them about you and your hate crimes. Actually, while I'm waiting to hear from the FBI, I decided to go ahead and contact them myself with a report against you for hate crimes. It is obvious the way you treated me during our transaction and then trying to change the subject to some famous guy? I also took it upon myself to file a report with the Florida board of realty, the IFTC, the BBB, The ACLU and also the florida secretary of state against hate crimes....

I do not know who this Jay slaton person is, I have been trying to contact him thru the info I got from the news paper to see what he has been put through by Jeff Burger and may be we can do a class action law suit or something but this rebuttal is just strange. I feel Jeff is just trying to put the blame on someone else and direct this complaint in a different direction. Just like a politician would do, spin this into something that takes the eye off him. I hope I can find this other person Jeff is talking about, I would really like to talk to him. This should show just how Jeff Burger handles business.

You may see the true intent. See the attached photo below of the voicemail that was left by google voice. The caller was rambling so fast and angry that some of the translation was lost. But at the very end the called slowed down his voice and says "My church is coming after your ass. I am LDS good day sir."
This has intent for a hate crime and has today been reported to the FBI.

Read the screenshot attached of the email conversation Jay Slayton and I had on 1/25/13. Read all especially the last email from him towards below where he says "I will also be sure to leave you "great" feedback on line for you efforts."
Then he signs JD and Aiden
Well.. as I mentioned in the previous rebuttal Jay said he was being discriminated in his town because he and his boyfriend are gay. Again, here is a wedding announcement for Jay and Aiden.

This was not written by a Judith Parker. It was written by Jay Slayton of St Johns Arizona. He contacted me via a website saying he was being discriminated against because he is gay and he and his boyfriend are having trouble selling their home in their highly conservative area of Arizona. I am in Florida, explained to Jay that I could not help him, so I nicely tried to help him by referring an agent to help him but it was all a trap. And by the way, the agent I referred to Jay never bothered to meet Jay or do business with him because he wasn't telling her the truth when she tried to search the actual records of the property he said he had to sell. And after Jay was then obnoxious to me I said I did not want to be involved with him anymore.
Jay is not who he says he is and here is proof.
