I bought a health inusrance policy from Jeff Cutter a few years ago, and now I am getting fined by the State of Massachusetts for not having a REAL health plan. This person sat in my house with me and my wife telling me that this Midwest Health Insurance plan was the best insurance plan ever and would cover everything.
