He currently owes Rent a Center, Speedy Print and numerous other businesses to include a radio station in which he scammed to do spots. Search You Tube.
His company is Spartan Facility Services out of Summerville, SC. His partner, Fred Bostain is just as bad when it comes to the con game. References used in their proposals include Donna, his wife and Fred, his brother in law.

Search TipsI read this report and personally know the owner of Spartan. I will not try to defend his actions as I do not know the facts. However, as I read the report I see inaccuracies and this leads me to believe that there are more inaccuracies in the facts as the Janitor reports.
Inaccuracy #1 Fred Bostain is not Donna's brother, he is Donna's ex-husband. Fred is a hard working, honest individual and is working hard trying to make an honest living. Fred allowed her ex-wife to move in while Jeff was incarcerated and had no place to live. As an unemployed worker looking for a way to make a living, Jeff asked Fred to go into the cleaning and Janitorial business with him.
Inaccuracy #2 Donna is an echocardiographer. She does not pose as a radiological technician. She is and has always been a hard working echocardiographer and isn't posing as anything more than a supportive wife trying to give Jeff another chance.
These two inaccuracies tell me that the Janitor may be someone who has sour grapes. If I was the Janitor, I would be very careful of reporting things as facts when they are not true. Putting things in writing that are not true for the purpose of ruinigg someone's reputation is called libel.

If Resort Service Group and Jimmy King were actually working or could get work, maybe he would not be so interested in chasing after dead ends and trying to destroy the workings of a stable, reliable, fiscally strong company. This simply goes to prove idle hands are the devil's workshop. Pay attention to your own family, and stay your nose out of mine. Provide for own family and stop trying to destroy my efforts to provide for mine.

Do not accept a check from this guy nor a credit card. The credit card will be stolen. Jernigan has used routing and bank account #s before in Kentucky and was able to take money from his customers.
