Unfortunately, yet another person praying on people needing work. The "owner" Jeff Jernigan of Spartan FSM Janitorial is a convicted felon who is on probation in 2 states and up to his old tricks. He doesn't pay employees/subcontractors and writes bad checks to other businesses. Some businesses he doesn't even bother to pass a bad check or credit card. He has stiffed workers, a staffing agency, a printing business, a corporation that owns several radio stations here among others! STAY AWAY!!! Look him up on charleston county magistrate court's website and The Richmond Times has an article about his arrest in Kentucky. The law is going to catch up to him real soon, thankfully!

This business doesnt exist. Just this past week, Jernigan was placing business cards on vehicles in front of Home Depot. Luckily we were right behind him warning people of his crimes and continued FRAUD.

Jernigan's wife is Donna K. Jernigan who is his partner. She fuels his fraud and illegal activities. Donna poses as a radiologist technician working in Summerville, SC. Their current creditors include, Clear Channel Media, Express Employment Professionals (bounced check), Caps Funding (bounced check), Speedy Print, The Resort Service Group, Jim Cody and RentaCenter. Estimated Balance is over $35,000 in three months. There are outstanding warrants in Georgia for Jernigan.
