Jeff R has taken our money and not finished the work he started. Several excuses delayed the start of the job. Then it was delayed longer. Started work and took our last payment and never came back. No response to emails or phone calls. Found several lawsuits filed against him in several other counties.

The guy is a total scam artist

AUTHOR: Advocate - ()

Jeff Radzewiecz is a total scam artist who does S* work, never shows up, lies, cheats and undoubtedly stole from me. He does not back his work and I would beat the f* out of him if I ever see him again.

Lies! We are over them.

AUTHOR: PMG - ()

Jeff, I wouldn't buy a ticket on southwest and then go to the airport and find their ticket counters boarded up and no way of finding out when the next flight is, would I?

We are aware of the excuses you told your other clients. We have spoken to several of them. You have made many unhappy stealing their money, claiming injury, no help, car troubles, strep & so on. We are firm on building a case against you so we can obtain our money back & protect others from your scams. It's sad you have to resort to this.

You don't seem to have a problem running your other new business either. We aren't backing down. We are all families you are stealing from. See you in court. All your ripped off clients can't wait to see you. Seems we all share the same story about you.

We just want our money back

AUTHOR: Michael - ()

Nobody said that you should have predicted getting hurt, a simple phone call or email after the fact would have sufficed.  You seem to have no issues using your computer to hop on here and defend yourself, why couldn't you send us an email updating the situation? And when you finally did reply to us, you mentioned nothing about a back injury. You said that your entire family had mono. Which was it?

Also, nowhere in your contract does it state anything about the materials. What did you do with that money? Instead of doing the honest thing and just returning our money, you're hiding behind some clause written into your contract that you think entitles you to take people's money and then claim "ooops...here are more circumstances beyond my control."

Your "delays beyond our control" excuse seems to be a common theme.

And quite honestly, I don't find that your offer to do work that you've already been given a deposit for and the materials already paid for to be "generous."

Analogy that may work for you then

AUTHOR: Jeff - ()

If you purchase airline tickets let say for example with southwest airlines and you decide you want to cancel your flight they do not refund your money, the money you paid is good for a certain amount of time for you to reschedule your flight.....I think one year. Pretty sure it may be the same way with a cruise or not,  maybe you loose what you paid.

So, yes my analogy was a bit off with Wal-Mart. Hope this helps to clarify my point a little better.

The internet is a wonderful thing it allows anyone with access to it to say whatever they like in these forums ( with some exceptions of course). Unfortunately more times than not it is usually used for posts about how someone was allegedly wronged or does not like a companies policies and less often about what they do like about a company or any other sort of positive feedback.

I agree....in part

AUTHOR: Jeff - ()

I agree I should have told you I was going to injure my back at the same time I was working on your job. I also agree that we are all hard working families, I don't think anyone has an exclusive on that.

I stand by my policy, you canceled the contract, wherein it states that "we are not responsible for strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control" You cancelled based on the work being delayed through circumstances beyond my control.

I believe I made a very generous offer to you in order to rectify any perceived wrongs. you declined.

"The rest of the story"?

AUTHOR: Michael - ()

Nobody sent a "threatening email" because of who our relatives happen to be. We sent an email informing you that since you had chosen to ignore our phone calls and emails for several weeks that we were going to pursue legal actions. I certainly understand medical issues, but I highly doubt that back problems impair your ability to send an email, make a phone call, or send a text message. Secondly, we paid in advance the deposit AND (in hindsight, quite stupidly) for the materials. Furthermore, we have copies of the contracts and NOWHERE in them does it state ANYTHING about work being commenced. I don't think that taking 3 minutes to rip the existing trim off of the wall and then asking for a check is considered "commencing the work".

As for your offer to "complete the work", that came after WEEKS of you ignoring our attempts to contact you and only after we contacted the police. once the police became involved, then suddenly our emails got answered. I find it a bit fishy that you were too hurt or sick to do the work we paid for or to communicate with us as to why you were unable to do the work, but you certainly had no issues driving to the currency exchange and cashing our checks. I can understand wanting to try and clear your name, but please don't resort to distorting the facts or just plain making up "policies" that ARE NOT stated on the contract. The analogy you made with a big box store is off base as well. If I went into a store such as Walmart, I don't think they would take my money and then close the store without me getting any merchandise in return.

Lastly, you can trust that we've done our due diligence. I only wish we had done it BEFORE handing over the hard earned money that we bust my butts to make.

If you can't do the work, return the money.

AUTHOR: PMG - ()

Jeff,

Your claims of having health issues should have been addressed PRIOR to promising us to have all work completed by Easter in which it was NOT! You also stated you can do all the trim AND fireplace done in that time. All you wanted was the money we paid you and you never came back. You said you would return the next day and we NEVER heard from you after calling, texting and emailing.

You avoided us until we contacted the police department. We aren't the only ones you have given these lies to over and over again. When you were not able to complete the work, you should have given us our money back as a respectable and professional business man. You gave excuse after excuse and promise after promise. We have the email proof.

You have taken money from many hard working families. Why would we want you back in our home after not showing up and excuse after excuse and we had to contact the police to get a reply from you. Your written promise in the emails you sent us regarding the completion date was not honored and you disappeared.

Yes, I will use any sort of law enforcement and attorneys in my family to my advantage so my family doesn't get frauded from you again and waste money suing you to obtain a judgement you will never pay or care about.

And now the rest of the story

AUTHOR: Jeff - ()

I did contract to work for these clients, accepted deposit and did start the work. Had several health issues which slowed progress on the project. Completed the painting portion of the project before Easter as they had requested, client even e,mailed me saying if the painting was completed before Easter she was happy.

Was dealing with health issues during second phase of work and had to slightly delay completion. Clients declined having work completed during the week I wished to restart. Clients then cancelled the contract. My policy states that once work has been commenced no refunds are given when contract is cancelled at the request of client. My deposits are however good for one year and are transferable with some minor restrictions.

I then offered  to complete the work for them at no more additional charge ( final payment would be waived) since they were returning clients. they refused this offer.

As far as lawsuits in other counties go I would practice a little more due diligence when doing your research and you will see that I am the plaintiff (the one doing the suing in those cases). Should you want to take the time to post these types of reviews please get your info straight and include the WHOLE story.

If you have issues with a companies policies that is perfectly understandable, but to send antagonistic emails threatening action because your are related to someone at the police department and using personal insults is ....... not very nice.

If you go into your local big box store and are unhappy with their policies in regards to refunds do you then threaten them with police action based on family relationships?
