Jack Is Jeff silverstein himself! Never uses his own name writes these rebuttral all over the US. Glad you are gone from the 49er its now becoming a nice golf course again.

You can keep ranting But the club was SOLD and ALL employees were paid. The golf course is open and members are happy.

If the 49er is up to date in pay, just give it time.  They will get behind again.  This is what Silverstein's company does...refuses to pay his employees.  Until recently, Textron held the notes at the NC courses too.  They were sold and everyone was expecting to get paid up to date and we are still waiting.  As of now we are owed 3 paychecks! This is just going to get worse. Silverstein is an evil man and could care less what happens to his employees that he owes tons of money to.  If anyone reports what is going to and is found out about it, that person will be fired. I have inside information that this is the truth and have witnessed firsthand this happening. The holidays are coming up and we need our chekcs.  Silverstein needs to be in prison!

Forty Niner did have financial problems. However every employee was paid everything they were owed IRI sold the club for a multi million dollar loss. The lender Textron also lost significant money. Mr Silverstein found a buyer and and the club is doing fine now. You can check the records on the sale.
