*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Jeffrey A. Smith, Esq. ATTORNEY/OWNERS RESPONSE
*Consumer Comment: My Experience not negative
*Consumer Comment: Russell "Rusty" Akins
*General Comment: Jeffrey Smith Law Group - I woud refer this company.
no services given, no calls returned, no paper work mailed - no proof that they even tried to negotiate my home modification in my behalf, and only when my credit card dispute was filed and their offices contacted, did this Paul Alonge call me to warn me that he would fight this dispute and say I signed a contract. I have never even spoken to a real attorney in my case. There was one email that explained that my bank would not allow a short pay off and that was it, I never heard back from anyone or any attorney and they never returned any calls or responded to any emails. This practice should be investigated and shut down!
