This person is the WORST and most INCOMPETENT excuse for a real estate agent on this planet He is a spineless coward, a weasel, a liar, a fraud, and is a worthless piece of shit. He is a complete and brainless MORON, has NO knowledge of what his "job" entails, and has NO knowledge of the law as well.

We made the mistake of doing business (agreeing to sell a property to his client) with this "turd", and he and his client did not perform, even though closing docs had already been signed. He tried to put the blame for his client's loan not closing on the loan officer, when the ACTUAL TRUTH was that his client was in NON-PERFORMANCE, and had NOT provided documentation requested by the loan underwriter to close the deal. He also committed slander, defamation of character, and other illegal and unethical actions during the course of this failed "transaction", and charges have been filed against him with all state regulatory agencies having jurisdiction in these matters.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. HE IS A COMPLETE FLAKE, AND YOU WILL GET "BURNED". WE SURE DID!!!

This post is kind of strange. There's more to this. I thought that when a person made an offer on a piece of property, they submitted a contract with a sum of earnest money. Did you have a contract and was any money deposited in an escrow account? Now, if his client was unable to get financing, that's not his fault. If his client didn't provide the required docs, the client didn't want to do the deal. If he's been reported to the proper regulatory agencies, they'll deal with him, as required.
