I was in a JenniferConvertibles the other day and just wanted to make sure that everyone who shops at these "stores" should know of their current policies and guarantees. Trust me they are awful. Did you know that if you ordered a 3pc set that the delivery cost would be $169.99, thats, right about double or triple of every competitor. Seems like they don't want your business right? Well, get this, all of their furniture only carries a 1 year "worry-free" guarantee...that includes the frame, seat cushion, springs, etc. (Yeah, a year, fantastic way to back up your cheap-o products). What else can I rattle on about? The delivery company is awful, but previous complaints can verify that. Also, GMs are very irresponsible, they are never available for contact. Do you want a corporate office? Too bad, they really don't have one. They have a website to fill out complaints, if you don't have online access too bad! Numerous customer from the showroom that I was in just walked in and out from the extremely ridiculous pricing and the awful guarantee. Oh well, I recommend NEVER shopping here. And from what I hear from my brother, working at these places is just awesome as well....(sarcasm).
