My mother purchased a 3-pc furniture set from Jennifer Convertibles in Lansing on a Monday. The items were to be delivered on a Thursday. The items nevered arrived. I spoke with several different associates in different stores and not one person could tell me why my items were not. I still do not have my furniture and I dont know when it will be delivered because no one can provide me with that information. I think that its unfair that I paid my money and I dont know when my furniture will be delivered or does anyone esle do for that matter. I have called many different people, no one has called me back, all I get is voice mail boxes, I leave messages and no one has returned my calls. This while process was very disturbing and disappointing for us not to mention a waiting period. We are not happy with the service at all. What kind of company cant even get into contact with their manager or doesnt even have a number to a corpoorate office? Thats what I was told. So I guess they will deliver my items when they are good and ready. Who knows because I sure dont. But yet on the back of their delvery contract it states that all delivery dates and times are aproximate so if youre not there when the items are not delivered you get charged a fee of some kind so since my items never came on the date promised should I charge you'll a fee for all the crack I had to endure???? WHERES MY FURNITURE?.............
