Another victim report by a company name Protuo that Gerlach bankrupted by stealing money and falsifying licenses and documentation. The founder of Protuo lost everything, going bankrupt and his wife left him, thanks to Jennifer Gerlach.

Her parents, Robert (Bob) Gerlach who works for Mercedes Benz, and her mother Debra Gerlach, who works for Gwinett Medical Center, both in Georgia, bailed their daughter out of jail when she went to jail for forging Daley's signature on business licenses and I can only guess they did the same when she was convicted of felony deceptive selling practices over Protuo years before her Chicago conviction. Her brother Ken Gerlach who works for Books A Million has done work for his sister's sham companies before and benefits from her crimes, as does her mother (a ledger entry we discovered showed she paid her family "referral fees"). In any case, her family must be proud that the term "GERLACHED" in Chicago means to be SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF or otherwise DUPED for Money and Time. They are helping their morally retarded family member stay out of jail as she destroys some 30 companies and individuals. Many more are probably unreported.
