Jennifer Lyons. HomeAway and Twirl a Girl Dance Studio Rental refund North Providence, Rhode Island

Beware! Paid her 4195.00 for a two month vacation rental. After 3 days, an illness in the family occurred. Had to cut it short. 57 days in advance asked Jennifer to see if she could try to rent out the following month so I could recoup some funds. She did but never refunded me the difference. Offered me dance or vacation at a later date. I agreed and figured it was better than nothing.

UNTIL I tried to complete the unrented time when she rudely told me I couldn't jump back into the condo when I felt like it. I was going to try to finish my time until the 22nd, not the time she again rented out of my existing time. I wasn't even into the 3rd week of 8 when I tried to finish the first month. She rented the following month of mine. I understood that and would of left. I still had unfinished time of the first month.

4195.00 and this girl could not refund me for the double renting!

Later, I told her I did not feel comfortable now accepting dance or a later time at her condo because she was rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional. I tried to tell her that I would prefer only the funds that she was paid twice for the time on my rental. I rent many occasions and never seen such a selfish rude individual. After her rudeness, I no longer felt comfortable going to her studio or future time at her condo so i asked if she give me what she collected twice on my time and she refused to credit me me in cash.

I thought it fair that she if she rented out on my paid time she at the very least refund me for that. Nothing more just what she was paid twice. She took advantage of me having to go back and figured Ohhh double rent. She now has added condos, I think this encouraged her on how to make easy money on others hardships.

Oh she was also a day late in providing lockbox info. I was up until midnight calling on my second official day. I will not get that money but will warn everyone and if it helps one person, I am happy. If it stops her from gaining on someone else, she loses too.
