He will misrepresent your company on his own accord and lie to the customers just to make a buck. Then if he quits or gets fired he will try to extort money from you. Believe me, all he cares about is the almighty dollar.
To local law enforcement: keep your eye out for a red Dodge pickup (with Indiana plates) swerving on the city streets, he has been seen getting in the vehicle drunk.
