Jerry Bussanmas LLC  Home Builder Horrible Experience! Urbandale Iowa

The concept, and design of the home was amazing and the type of homes Bussanmas builds are contemporary and modern. This was our first home we ever built, and definitely an experience. 

The issues we had with Jerry and their team is communication, follow up, and organization. We felt that it could have been a lot better with all those three things clicking. Its been over 3 months, and still to this day we have not had the things done we needed done when it comes down to finishing the project. I will admit Jerry offered to pay for some items and I declined and will have another company finish the job. 

One example is us getting a quote for $400+ 3 months after closing of our home, we even have the light switches in out house, but no lights. Not at one point did they mention we needed it or stated we were missing it as we went through that phase of picking out lights. One would assume we would have been notified much sooner. 

My highest recommendation with this builder is to talk to others they have built for and get their feedback and never judge a book by its cover. Beautiful homes, but....
