I like the others that have filed a report against this company and owner, ordered a cooling unit and never received the unit. I was given the run around, told to call back at a later date etc. Called for my tracking number and was given a false tracking number. The owner Jerry Collins tried to blame it on FedEx.
The owner Jerry and his employee? James are extremely rude and have no clue what customer service is about. Asked for a refund and was told they could not refund my money through their paypal because it takes 30-45 days and then told that they changed merchants. They even resort to yelling at the customer when they the business has no answers for the customer.
Finally agreed to send me a refund but would not send anything to confirm that they would send me a refund, just his (Jerry) word. Finally agreed to send a check in 4 days which meant I would receive the check in approximately 9-10 days.
In the meantime I found that the Chamber of Commerce has received mulitple complaints regarding this company. They referred me to the Better Business Bureau which at this point in time has received 42 Complaints in the last 3years and 29 of those in the last 12 months. The BBB referred me to the Attorney General's Office, which informed me that they had 27 complaints regarding this company. The vast majority of those complaints were that the company took payment but never sent the product.
Well I did get my money back and I can tell you how to get yours. You need to contact 7 on Your Side. This is the news station in the Morrilton area who does consumer reports. I contacted them and they were interested in doing a story on the local news. They wanted me to wait till the following week to allow the company to do what they promised but suggested that I send Jerry Collins an email informing him that 7 on your side was interested in doing a story. I did. Jerry Collins FedEx'd a personal check on friday and I received the check Monday morning. 7 on Your Side works 501-324-4357
