....They picked up my car in Delaware on the 26 of October and were suppose to drop it on the 31 at my house in Daytona well that never happened the driver or the companies never answered the phone or return messages I finally reached the driver on the 1 st of November and he assured me the car would be delivered on that day never happened he never called or answered the phone kept calling until reached him on Friday and again I asked him to please be honest and tell me when my car would be delivered again he assured me that today was the day and once again he never called delivered the car or answer his phone for another 2 days finally after calling his phone numerous times he answered and again told me that someone else would be delivering my car but no one called or dropped off my car I finally get so upset I'm getting worried my car is gone or these people did something to my car so I leave a message that if no one contacts me about my car I would have no choice but to go to the police station well at that point a lady I never even spoke to calls me screaming on top of her lungs that she would not deliver my car and that if I want it I should come pick it at at their yard and that if I didn't pick it up she would charge me 150$ a day for storage and after 30 days she would be driving my car at that point I'm fuming with anger and disbelief how could they do this !!! She insulted me and hung up the phone refusing to give me an address where to pick up my car I finally get the receipt call up a friend who's in Florida to please go pick up my car he gets there and they tell him to get the car it will be 300$ or he won't get his car how is it I gave them a check for 600$ for the shipping of the car at pick up and they never dropped it at my house and on top 1 week late no curtesy phone call just lies and deceit and he talked them into 150 $ and they finally released my car how it that they are allowed to extort me for an extra 150$ when they got paid in full and never even delivered my car I definitely don't recommend anyone use this incompetent transport company!!!
