Jesse Windom strikes again. He wrote a bad check on a closed account. Said it was his accountants fault. Gave me a bad credit card number. Hired lawyers to file liens, collections, he runs! Checked the Milwaukee PD, has MANY aliases and address, phone numbers, drivers lic numbers. Don't do work for him - he WILL rip you off.
