Jett Sales sold item not as described, no response, then screamed at on phone.... Laredo, Texas

Husband wrote to them on eBay about a cash register part, and asked seller if it would fit the register we have. No response back from them so after 3 days I decided to purchase the part after reading the description and determining the registers listed were the same type as mine. Payment was accepted quickly and part shipped out. Received part on Thursday Sept. 23, 2010 and realized after opening the box that it was incorrect. I wrote a personal email to the company on Sept. 24th after knowing they did not respond to eBay messages. No response. Called the company on Sept. 25th (Saturday) and the phone rang 20 times with no answer and no answering machine.

Returned to work today, Thursday Sept 30th and decided to call again. Phone answered by a lady that was VERY short with me and put me on hold twice. Man answered the phone and was short tempered and became VERY rude when I asked him how to return the item. Called me a liar twice, told me I had never sent him an email on either eBay or personal email, though I have copies of both. He started to get extremely irate to the point that he was yelling at me on the phone, at which I will admit I told him he was being a complete a*****e. He continued to scream at me and I hung up on him. I have written him since then on eBay and opened a case with eBay as well. Hopefully this will be resolved shortly but based on the 'timely' and 'courteous' responses from this company so far, I would say not.
