Jevene Ripoff Beauty Email and automatic renewal scam Tarzana California

This is the same as all the other reports. My wife requested a free sample via email and immediately after receiving the paltry amount she tried to cancel all future orders. The original email did not indicate automatic renewal or she never would have ordered it. We have new received three shipments at over $50 each and cannot find a way to get a refund of our money or how to return the product. When she finally talked to a real person at the company she was told to mail it back, "but be sure to insure the package because a lot of mail gets lost." That tells us we will mail it back and get no refund with a claim of lost mail.

We are considering filing a class-action lawsuit. I am a lawyer and will handle all the paper work. Anyone wishing to join our lawsuit may contact me through Ripoff.
