Jewish Yellow Pages- Jewish Marketing Solutions Was lied to by rep. He said I could cancel and receive a refund at any time. Their contract also reads they'll refund at the Publishers discretion! Publisher has NO discretion at all! Also, I gave t Deceptive marketing! Company rep lied, was told could receive a refund! NOT POSSIBLE! Internet, Internet

Deceptive Marketing! The rep lied to me saying if I didn't like I could cancel at any time and be given a pro-rated refund! CONTRACT also reads, cancellation at discretion of Publisher... they just said NO!
I gave them a business card, they showed me an ad, wrong address, wrong phone#, and I didn't like the ad. They refused to put it to my liking! Tried to cancel and was told no, because three days had gone by since I signed!
They're heartless, and their reps lie to make a sale! And there is no discretion on behalf of the consumer by the Publisher.

The contract talks about the fact that you can cxl before 3 days. If you had an add, and you didnt have them do it properly, then you cant cancel, you have them re do it like any company does. Sounds like you tried to use the fact that you didnt want to re do the add to try and get some free advertising or to get a refund becuase you got cold feet. Ev ery company redoes adds, no one gives money back. What century are we living in again?
