ok people here is more information on these criminals. I spoke with Becky Washington who is in executive management with JFYC. She explained to me that John Miles who answers the phone in OH gave me the inncorrect information about AOL. It was another company that she would not devulge and she was sending my documentaion. I had to search for Becky all morning. Go to the better business bureaus website and type in JFYC and you will see that they have an unsatisfactory rating. Look at the company report and you will see all the DBA's associated with this company. The company is also called Devine Management and if you call Becky will answer the phone. She is rude, but she is a great talker. So do not be fooled by her eloquent nature. She lied to an investigator at the OH police department saying that I ordered something from AOL off of a pop up window. But, she turned around and told me that the AOL information was incorrect. Lastly here are all the correct numbers. Their business office is actually in Columbia, SC #803 865 6653. The listed address is 115 Atrium Way Suite220 Columbia, SC 29223. I called and spoke with a person at Fedral Trade Commission call them and ask to speak with Ms. Brown 8037338384. She is working on this case. I also emplore everyone to contact their local police department. I have even entertained the thought of calling the FBI fraud divisions. Also a number for the consumer affairs 803 734 4200. All these numbers are for Columbia, SC. I was told that the post office box listed on the checks is and has been held for quite some time and the man who retrieves the mail is well known. With the consumer affairs dept. they have been in contact with the postmaster general at that location. Everyone must act! Disturbingly enough when I was speaking with Becky Washington she flaunted in my face that she had both my checking account information and my social security number. These people are playing with our lives. So I would assume that everyone here who has had this happen to them, they have your information too. If we continue to be dilligent calling for this company to be disbanded we will get to the bottom of all the lies and criminal activity that JFYC has perpurtrated.
