But don't take my word for it! Go ahead and call them and see if anyone answers the phone! They don't even have an answering machine! I sent a few support tickets in that never got answered! I had to reverse charges on my credit card to get my money back! Worst hosting company EVER! I think the owner just gave up and went scammer.

Back in September I ordered a product from "tigercomputertecs". I never received my product, though Shelly did attempt to use my credit cards to make purchases for herself. I have proof of this and even reported it to Miami PD. Never do business with this Shelly person unless you want to be scammed.

This report is a bougus report written by a very difficult customer that has issues.

Our company is JICHOST.COM or Jacar Internet Corporation and Hosting Services. We are a web solution provider that specializes in the eCommerce arena. This is the first time that we have a problem with a customer. Shelly signed up during the forth of July weekend. Our development team installed the site, configured the program for her.

We worked with her to load the 65,000 products that she was trying to load. We created a logo for her, customized her site, keep in mind that the only amount that was billed to her was $33.82.

She claims talking to my girlfriend and she was actually talking to one of the customer service reps. Every time that she entered a helpdesk ticket the concern was address inmediatly.

I did get upset when she contacted one of our sites (this one happens to be a motorcycle dealership that I also owned) leaving a message in the customer area telling the site owner (she did not know it was me) that I was a ripoff. That did get me very upset.

She cancelled on 7-16-2008 a full refund was issued on the 17th. Here is the email that she sent to AllPro and my response that she included.
