I took my car to jiffy lube on February 1, 2013 for a routine oil change. My oil change is conducted faithfully every 5k miles which this visit didnt make any difference. They members of the shop were indifferent they werent rude but they werent polite. after waiting an hour I recieved my keys. I noticed the maintenance light continued its same blinking pattern after the change was suppose to be conducted. I advised the gentlemen who stated it should go off after a while. despite my better judgement I left. I noticed my car didnt run as smooth as the prior oil changes and 2 days later my light no longer blinked but in fact stayed on at this time I knew something was wrong. I took my car into Honda where I usually conduct my oil changes and had yet another oil changed conducted. My car ran COMPLETELY different smooth and normal at this point I am upset. I went back to jiffy lube and advised them of what happen. They gave me a service number to call. I spoke with Ryan R of Team Lucor he stated he would look into the problem. After waiting 2 days he finally returned the call stating he couldnt refund the money because they cant prove jiffy lube didnt conduct the service. I advice him the paper work proves it the fact that this is the only time i have had ANY problems with my oil changes. He was not empathetic at ALL i question what if it was his vehicle luckily I had the funds to get another oil change it could have caused more problems. I asked him for his manager and he was very incooprative I adivse i will take all my documentation to small claims court his statement was if I wanted to over $36.00. I was livid because its not about the money it is about the principle they have terrible customer service and they dont care about the customers needs. I wouldnt give them the opportunity to give me a FREE oil change. You are better off going to walmart for an oil change. I just pray to god they dont have car issues because karma remembers what we forgive.
