I recently had my oil changed at a location of yours in Arizona. They over filled my oil,I came in for it to be addressed and they removed the excess oil and added an additive to my transmission and since then it has been slipping.I contacted youre main office in Texas and seems to be easy for you guys to say it was damaged before and to take you guys to small claims court..I am disabled and need my transportation..Thank you very much for charging me to damage my vehicle and leave me unable to handle my daily needs as a disabled person..

What's the trade-in value of your vehicle?

AUTHOR: SUCKA! - (USA)

I suspect some semi-trained idiot couldn't tell the difference between the engine oil pan and the transmission fluid pan.  Unknowingly drained the tranny fluid instead of the engine oil, didnt check the dipstick after completing the oil change, sending the vehicle on the road with a few too many quarts of oil and a few missing quarts of tranny fluid.  I doubt it was a tranny "additive", it was probably transmission FLUID.  If that particular location has any integrity, they'll cut the owner of the vehicle a check for the amount equal to the trade-in value of the vehicle in it's condition before the oil change was completed.

Why did you throw your disability into the complaint?  Your disability doesn't force you to need your vehicle anymore than those of us who are not disabled.

Semi-Trained Monkeys ???

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

I suspect the transmission additive served to loosen up some sludge which relocated to more critical locations thus causing the slippage. These people aren't equipped or trained to do a thorough tranny flush. Hell, I wouldn't let them flush my toilet........

The turnover in these joints is pathetic. I stay with my dealer and their prices and service times are usually better.

How Did You Know?

AUTHOR: SUCKA! - (USA)

How did you know they overfilled your oil and added an additive to your transmission fluid?  How many miles did you have on the vehicle?
