He promised to change and never did. He also could not keep up with a work load and left her office and just gave up (possibly from a hangover and/or to much medicine).
He did not approve of her work outs at the gym, nor did he participate. He was arrogant and obese.
Mark Zaynard failed to disclose that Ms. Drevescraft may have settled for a plea of UPL, but was also offered to be awarded a law license and expunged if she could pass the Colorado Bar.
Mark Zaynard stole from Ms. Drevescraft and took her ideas and used them for his own success. Mark Zaynard is a crook. Apparently, he steals from people to support his pharmacutical, Starbucks (for the uppoer), and alcohol.
Mark Zaynard will breach contracts and steal ideas even when he has signed and promised not to. He was not trusted and is not.
He also tried to get Ms. Drevescraft in trouble with the Supreme Court, and they threw the case out, on account that he was a poor attorney and doing a poor job. Jill does not always fail, attorneys do. Especially spoiled attorneys.

And the previous commenter (Jill) is partially correct: Jill Drevescraft has changed her name to Abigail Jill Armstrong. Number four on the Colorado Supreme Court's list of people barred from the unlicensed practice of law (although it's alphabetical, so that doesn't really mean anything).
