I am writing this complaint from personal experience knowing Jim Post for over 8 years and having worked for him. In hopes this will make others beware of him and his deceit in business and personal matters. At this time Jim Post is ghost if you were to Google his name or search for him,nothing would turn up.
In hopes that the many others their personal experiences on just how Jim Post has harmed them by just crossing his path and trusting him to be a man of his word on a handshake and a promise that he has always claimed to be.
Over the years Jim has gathered his personal fortune in the Construction Industry and by stepping on others and taking theirs.
He is the founder of Preferred Framing Inc. in the 80's a residential framing contractor. The company is now defunct. As recent as 2007 had sales in excess of $85 mil. and employed up to 200 people. Some of these loyal employees worked for PFI for 25 plus years and Jim has built mansions,bought a 100ft luxury yacht he has lived on for the last 8 years in Costa Rica,expensive autos,motorcycles,a Hotel-Casino in Costa Rica and lascivious lifestyle by exspensing them all through his companies. The cost of the captain and crew on the Crystal (yacht) is over $30k per month. As a father he put his oldest son in prison for 18 months, banished the other son from the family business calling his then wife a "a baby making machine whore" and has denied that his grandchildren exist who are all grown now.
In a business partner relationship with his older brother Ted and another man named Chino he manipulated them out of the company and their investments in it. They both ere also banished from his presence.
Most recently in August of 2010 Jim Post locked out his partner,friend of 32 years and CEO of PFI. This man grew the company into the market leader it had become up till 2008 when the housing market collapsed in California. Leaving this individual to fight to restore his good name, to try and claim the promise made to him of 25% partnership in the Post held companies, all promised on the handshake of Jim Post, just one of many unfulfilled promises.
jim Post confiscated all of this man's personal vehicles stored at PFI,his personal financial records and sports memorbilla collections etc. All under Jim Post's mindset "mine mine mine"

As a father he put his oldest son in prison for 18 months, After he wrote company checks And saved his life from an addiction and has employed him since banished the other son from the family business calling his then wife a "a baby making machine whore"The same thing his son calls her now and has denied that his grandchildren exist who are all grown now. But they are all named in his trust In a business partner relationship with his older brother Ted and another man named Chino he manipulated them out of the company and their investments in it.
