I have been with jim walter homes for almost five years and i have NEVER once been behind, except for now! It started in october of 2008 when i got behind one payment. But i soon made up for it and became even again.To make a long story short, I told them they could take my payment out of the bank. Well when it came time I realized I didnt have enough because of the charge they charge you for doing it that way! Well it happend again and yes that was my fault, but I was accused of lieing and the so called president of the company told me I did it on purpose to bide time! Thats so not true! I am a christian and I have christian values. Like I said Ive had my house for several years,and just sinse last Oct. Ive been having trouble. You know I can almost take anything but not being talk to like a dog! And I dont like being called a liar. And Im 2 payments behind on the 5th, but I told him I had one payment but he said I had to have both!! And the so called president said that he would pay me a $1000.00 to get out of the house. He said some other things that werent nice. I said no thank you.

i have one here in south texas and you can read about him on mother jones.com/hectorgonzalez or i have many websites you can go to all my house pics are on www.myspace.com/proudmommatx and my numbers are on complaintsboard.com go to your district clerks office and ask for a copy of all your liens and see how many they have on you then call them and tell them you want to refinance and need your payoff amount and see what they tell you and then check your credit report and take it from there if you had their midstate mortgage tehy told my neighbor that she was rent to own and they had the house built on their own land
