My husband and I had a Jim Walter home built back in 1992, we have had nothing but problems with this home. The first thing being defective storm windows, the second leaks around vent pipe on roof, roof also is warped looking, and also have had to replace flooring in son's bedroom at the beginning of this year 2005, flooring in son's bedroom floor is decaying again, plus throughout our home flooring is warping. The conclusion we have came to is there is a water leak, BUT have not been successful in locating. We are on pier and beam and as it seems it wasn't properly done otherwise we wouldn't have cracks that are in an estimation of 1 inch wide in some spots. We are to our wits end and would like some advice to what we should do! Please help!!!!!
