jw is responsible for electric inspection (says in contract) they never returned our calls about getting the house inspected and we payed for the inspection ourselves which it "FLUNKED". jw wired my kitchen wrong.
our shingles are buckling, our back door leaked it rotted the floor and damaged the drywall. Not to mention our foundation is cracking. We were told that we needed $65,000.00 insurance coverage on the house and we had $67,000.00 plus insurance to cover outbuildings. (WE were doing the house ourselves and being the house wasnt finished we had to get builder-risk insurance.)
jw insured our house with "BEST INSURORS" (which is owned by jw.) when our house was already insured. I faxed, hand delivered, certified mail , insurance co. faxed and they still are charging us for insurance on our home. (have reciepts to proove insurance was sent.)
they never did fix any of the problems with house and my husband and are renting a house (which we have been doing now for little over 2 yrs) and we cant afford housepayment and rent and their ridiculous insurance also. so now they have our house in forclosure which we intend to fight.
It does not matter race or nationality jw will rip you no matter what the issue is... we have even met with "JW FORCLOSURE ATTORNEY" and we are waiting for response from him. So if you are thinking about jw i would definately choose another builder. (THESE COMPLAINTS I HAVE IS JUST A FEW OF OUR MANY)
