our office decided to use this jimmy johns in october of 2009. we made our order online with the option that they have on there websight. we went to pick up our order and when we got back to the office we had noticed that we didnt have all our food. when we call the jimmy johns they informed us that we would again have to go there and pay for what they didnt give us. that was there was of fixing it. But said that we could have free delivery. that .25 to deliver 1 block behind them just fair warning everyone who uses the jimmy johns on mills civic to check your order before you leave!!!!!

I hear this BS all the time. "They gave a wrong order and charged us for replacement". "Didn't give us all our food". Dude, quit complaining seriously. Wherever you go, whether it be Jimmy Johns, Subway, Burger King or whatever you're gonna experience this BS at one point or another. There is not one person in this world who hasn't experienced this BS. People make mistakes too. People complain about this BS all the time. Missing one sandwich, found an unwanted ingredient....then they think God hates them. Whoopti doo! Unless you were allergic or religious that's understandable. And I doubt you gave them enough details either OR showed your reciept. Why don't you take that recommendation, and practice what you preach. CHECK your damn order before you leave! It's what you should do EVERY TIME instead of running out like a maniach.

They gave you free delivery too. So cut the BS. If you got threats back from the employees or store manager and then yes, that would be bad service and need to be reported. But in this case, you got free delivery which is a service in return. So yeah, nice job wasting Rip-Off Report space.

There are better people getting ripped off and I mean ACTUALLY getting ripped off. Getting threats from employees, getting change for a lesser amount payed, getting their stuff destroyed from a repair shop and stuff like that.
