Jimmy's Wildwood Rentals James Georginis Stole/withheld monies from children/teenage girls renting property for senior week Wildwood, New Jersey

James Georginis owner of Jimmy's Wildwood Rentals is ripping off and making bad transactions with unassuming minors.

Jimmy rents properties in the Wildwood area of New Jersey. My 17 year old daughter her friend and my husband went and looked at one of his place that he lists in the Wildwood area of New Jersey.
They were renting for senior week and were taking care of the transaction all themselves, I was just there for support and safety.

After meeting with Jimmy, he seemed so nice and caring to the kids. They decided to rent for two weeks. They gave him a $100.00 down, he told them that at anytime they could cancel and get there money back as he could easily rent the property again. They mailed their first payment of  $650.00.
Oh and you need to know this the girls never signed any contract, nor could they enter into a contract they are 17. 

After only one month some of the girls could not go through with the transaction and we cancelled the rental with Jimmy. At this point he stopped answering his phone. We started to hear bad situations with Jimmy by others, and multiple situations where he ripped kids/people off.

We tried contacting the actual owner Giovanni Sansone who was very nice but said he could not help, and that we should sue Jimmy that he was a scum. And ripped kids off.

I sent a certified letter, called and called and called. At one point he said he was sending us the monies back but no check ever came. 

Protect your children and do not rent from this guy.
