The details of this company fradulent acts to run a good con game on hard working citizens have been told over and over again. My spouse and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After about two weeks of not hearing from them at all, the representive seem to talk alot and was kind of nervous. As I look around the office, it appear that this was not his office, so he made up a story about being transfer all of a sudden, he even made scam phone call, so it would look like he was ligit. I then started an investigation on jk harris, and we were fools to have not did it before we went. We, as with everyone else, hate to be taken advantage of, I mean we hate it.
After reading all the stories, the class action law suits, etc. It made us want to pursue action against them even more. The one thing we did not tell them, is about our assets, we didn't lose as much as others, but we have enough money to go after them and file all kinds of suits against them and their con artist Rusty Jones, who is the traveling saleperson in the greenpoint area of houston, Texas, and I will be happy to assit ACORN with all this information.

It has been nearly three years, and the lasest on this scam company, as far as Texas is concerned, the Attorney General filed an official complaint against them, and I am hoping they cannot do business here any longer. I will check the status. However, I still see the company runs commericals on televetion during the day. But I hope now, in this present economy, consumers are so much more wiser about spending and who they will do business with from now on. Please don't look at the color of a person skin, or nationality. Several times, since moving to my present community, I have mostly did business with african americans, caucians (white) people have said, blacks have no business powess, and are uneducated and violent. Well yea, many are uneducated, and poor, and have begun violent. However, it was the college graduate from yale, with blue eyes and blonde hair, that tried to run a scam on me a number of times, JK Harris fits the desciption. I stop anwsering the door, and when my husband is home, he will answer, take a look at them and tell them we don't wont it. If we did, we would call the person, and they would be invited here. You see, we live in a very promient neighborhood, and we are targets for those wanting to sale, sale, and sale. They believe the folks that live here can afford it. What I have found out, is that dummies have money, because they went to college and a bunch of idiots graduated them. Consumers, please have common street sense, use the book sense to shut down fradulent companies, right laws that make sense, and find away to stop sending jobs to foreign countries.
