Here's the lowdown: I did work for jmw financial services and we indeed ripped people off. we said we would refund your money back and we didn't. i would give my boss cole the messages and then he woould just throw them away. i feel really bad because i was part of a scam.
For almost a year we were located in utah and then the company moved to az. we were still in utah, at the time we were told to tell everybody that we are in az when we were really in ut. everyone of you who attempted to get your money back by sending in the packet and proof that you worked, well your stuff was thrown in the garbage. for everyone of you who bought the program we got 20 dollars. i got really greedy with the orders i got. i was stealing orders from all my friends right down to the end. i told them i wasn't but i still was.
Well the reason why the management moved half of the company to az is for some health reason. the real truth is that they are running from the law. every year they pick up in another state. i heard that they were going to florida next. these people are losers and need to be stopped. jmw does not stand for joining mutual wealth, that does not even make sense it means johnson morgan wright they keep changing names.
I'm sorry that you all were mislead but we told you what they wanted us to tell you. the company down sized and i was let go because i didn't get a lot of orders which is not fair. here are a list of numbers to corporate office good luck, katherine gave them to me. cole 1-866-210-4733 shad 1-866-439-7508 carolyn 1-866-537-2903 just a little advice to everyone... work done at home do not work holla

JMW Financial 'EVICTED' from South Dakota in 2003

According to the South Dakota Division of Securities JMW Financial was ordered to cease and desist' in that state. They were cited for not being able to substantiate earning claims in their advertising $200.00-$500.00 per week. Many of the details of the complaints they received there are identical to what folks have posted at this site. The cease and desist order was handed to one 'Elizabeth Boyster' representing JMW. Would that be the same Elizabeth' who is posting here in defense of the company? Don't be shy dear share with the rest of class here.

James M. Wright and Sheila Wright who own both JMW Financial and NCFG LLC have opened several companies in recent years. Not all of them have been posted here. For more history on these two go to State of Nevada Secratary of State's Web Site. They will let you do a look up on Company name as well as Company officers name. These two show up a lot. Also cross refference other company officer's names found in their companies and look at addresses for all of the above. Then look up The members of the baptist churhes in the las vegas area and look their names up at SOS NV. You may see a trend developing here when you do. Some of the companies owned now or in the past by the Wrights have been closed ' revoked' They especially like LLC's, investment co. type names and what looks like a collection agency. In this one Mr wright's name seems to missed spelled, wrighth. WHY??

This is the real Heather. In August, I recieved a cease and desist letter in the mail from JMW Financial services accusing me of slandering their company. I had no idea what this was about. I came to find out that someone created a rip off report using my name.
I did work for JMW but I quit and was NOT fired.
Although I didn't agree with their policies I'm not the kind of person who is out to change things. I would never have filed a rip off report on this web site. To me, a job is a job. I'm not out to expose them.
I know exactly who filed the fake report under my name. Rip off report should be aware that their site is being used to satisfy the immature games that people like to play. I would like JMW Financial Services to know that my feelings about their company are kept confidential by me.

Heather did work in our Salt Lke City office from November 2003 through March 2004. Prior to her starting date, in March of 2003 we opened an office in Mesa, Arizona. Our Corporate headquarters and main operations were transferred to this office. The Salt Lake City office remained open (for another year) at that time.
Materials that were returned to the SLC office were logged in and the information was forwarded to Corporate for processing. For storage purposes, paper was disposed of, AFTER processing.
Our Corporate headquarters is currently located in Mesa, Arizona, although the SLC office is now closed, we do hold a busines license in the State of Utah as well as Arizona. It is not uncommon for businesses to re-locate their corporate office for any variety of reasons.
For the record, Heather left our Company of her own choosing. She failed to show up on a scheduled workday and she did not notify us of her intention to leave our employ.
