Jo Anne Fiesta Golden Travel ripoff deceptive company false promises ripoff deception tricked and lied to us Scottsdale Arizona

I made reservations for the Fiesta del Cortez hotel in mexico through this company over a week in advance. When we got there the reservation was not honored because someone already had reserved the room. The hotel clerk showed us a fax he had sent to her office declining the reservation. She never said anything.

Jo Anne promised a free breakfast to our group. The desk clerk said they do not offer free breakfasts. The on site manager gave us breakfast because of the problems with Jo Anne.

Our deposit was not recorded so we had to argue with the clerk not to charge us the full amount which after attempting many times to contact Jo Anne finally admitted to taking a deposite from us.

The on site manager gave us a fax number and a letter requesting joanne give us a discount for her errors. we sent the fax and called Jo anne upon our return. She became very rude and told us we should have stayed in another hotel. Jo Anne told us we could not get any discounts because the purchase was not made in america.
