United promised next day delivery, everyday was a new excuse why they could not make it. it was more than 4 days when they finally got around to delivering my items.I was promised next day delivery therefore I made no hotel plans expecting my clothes, bed, and such would show up the next day, but first they said that I had to pay in full by a cash wire before the truck would even come to my house. I payed extra for insurance and never got an insurance certificate.

Upon paying in full and waiting for the wire to clear, the driver backed the truck into to my house, did damage to to the window awning, left deep ruts in the lawn.
Used my nabors lawn as a u-turn to turn around a 35ft truck

Upon unpacking I noticed empty boxes packed in boxes. and all the driver said was oops...I paid extra for extra boxes and packing supplies. The moving company also moved my garbage even when told it was staying behind.(paid $3160.00 extra in boxes and supplies)
